program!
No Phone Support yet for v15 WinBidPro!
Please do
not contact our support department by
phone if you are trying the Beta version
of WinBidPro. This program is not yet
fully tested, which means, you should
use it at your own risk/discretion. We
only have the resources to support v14
by phone at this time. When the v15
program is fully tested and ready for
initial release, we will be able to
provide phone support.

questions and answers, and be sure to
watch the v15 training videos in our
training page.
Important Note
about running GDS software in Windows
Vista. If you encounter a "Run-time
error 429" when starting the v14.1
program, you should uninstall the
program. Then try installing the v14
program by right-clicking on the install
file, and click on "Run as
Administrator." You will want to do the
same thing for the v14.1.87 patch.
Solution to Known v14 Shopdrawing Problem:
If you get a "Run-time Error 339" in
v14.1 (with Vista) when you try to open the shopdrawing tool, read these
Instructions to fix the problem.
