Important Changes to the Sub Sill and Head Can settings to the Framing System Parts window.

Here is piece of a post from the Support Forum regarding these changes. Note, the same rule applies to the Head Can field in the frame system parts window.

Solution to missing subsill part.
The Sill Receptor field at the bottom of the Stock Length Material tab can be used for Subsill, sill flashing, sill can, sill channel, and sill receptor material. We will have to update the name so it is consistent with the first wording in the Frame Profile tab.

Any parts entered into this list will be optimized as a continuous piece. The only exceptions are: an Entrance, a bulkhead, and an elevation longer than a stock length. For example, an elevation 20ft. long with not entrance will have a 20ft. subsill.

Version 15.0.37 has some new wording in the Frame Profile tab of the Framing System Parts window. Older version of the program had a check box use both head receptor and sill receptors in a system. The new version assumes you want these parts if the "Sub Sill" profile has a value greater than 0, and if this field has a value of 0, the program assumes there is no sub sill, so the part is not getting picked up.

In addition, the Add/Deduct for Vertical Mullions and Jambs field is an additional adjustment to the cutting of vertical and jamb material. If you have a 2" Sill and a .125" sub sill, the program is automatically going to reduce the vertical cuts by .125" less than the overall frame size. So in this case, the Add/Deduct value can be left zero. For example, a 10' opening with a .125" sub sill will cut the verticals at 9' 7/8". If your verticals need to be cut differently, you will need to adjust the Add/Deduct value with a positive or negative value.

Make sure click the Refresh button in the Layout tab to update your drawing after you change settings with the "Elev Frame Sys" link, and also make sure you click the "Get Elevation Parts" in the optimizer to get any new parts that were added to the elevation, before you optimize.
